When you submit our contact form, talk to our chat assistant, call, email, or text us, we may collect:

• Your phone number
• Your service address, city, state, and ZIP code
• The message or details you share about your cleaning request
• Basic technical info from your visit (page URL, device type, referrer) used to route your request and improve the site

We do not ask for payment card numbers, government IDs, or sensitive personal data through the website forms or chat.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your cleaning request and schedule service
• To route your request to the correct local licensee when your ZIP is in our service area
• To follow up by phone, email, or SMS about your inquiry — including quotes, scheduling, and confirmations
• To let you know when service becomes available in your area, if your ZIP isn't currently covered
• To improve our website, services, and customer experience

3. SMS and phone contact

By submitting your phone number through our forms or chat, you agree that 10 Bucks a Room and our local licensees may contact you by phone call or text message at that number about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling the agent or emailing info@10bucksaroom.com.

4. Email contact

We use your email to reply to your request and send transactional messages (quotes, confirmations, follow-ups). Marketing emails, if any, will include a clear unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time from our unsubscribe page.

5. Sharing your information

We share the details of your request with the local 10 Bucks a Room licensee assigned to your ZIP code so they can serve you. We also use a small number of service providers to operate the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and chat infrastructure). These providers only handle your information on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

6. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, form submissions, chat usage, calls clicked). These tools may set cookies on your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep it

We retain lead and customer information as long as needed to serve you and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Inactive leads are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed.

8. Your choices
