Standard residential rooms are $10 each. Unusual conditions, specialty services, and properties that do not fit our standard room-based pricing may require a custom quote. Any pricing changes are discussed before work begins.
Pricing questions
Is every room always $10?
Standard residential rooms are $10 each under normal cleaning conditions. Most homes fit our standard room-based pricing. Properties or situations that fall outside normal residential cleaning, such as commercial spaces, hoarding conditions, unusually excessive buildup, or specialty services, may require a custom quote. If different pricing is required, it will be discussed with you before the work begins.
Do I need an in-home estimate first?
No. Count your rooms, add any extras you want, and book. No estimates, no surprises — the price you see is the price you pay.
How are kitchens and bathrooms priced?
Kitchens and full bathrooms are $20 each. Half baths count as a standard $10 room.
