Re-Clean Guarantee

This is our service guarantee for booked cleanings. The separate licensee refund policy at cleanbucks.com/refund-policy does not apply to customer cleanings.

Our Promise

If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, we'll come back and re-clean the missed areas at no extra charge.

How to Request a Re-Clean

Call 1-855-766-6410 or email support@10bucksaroom.com within 24 hours of your cleaning. Include photos if possible.

What's Covered

Areas the team agreed to clean that weren't done to standard.

What's Not Covered

  • Conditions disclosed on arrival that exceeded the scope (for example, deep-clean situations booked as standard)
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Areas you asked us to skip

Refunds

We focus on fixing the work, not issuing refunds. In rare cases where a re-clean isn't possible, partial credit may be issued at our discretion.

Credit Card Fees

Prices include card processing. Paying by Zelle or ACH earns a 3% discount at checkout.
