For Cleaning Customers Only.

These terms apply to homeowners and businesses booking cleaning services. If you are a 10 Bucks a Room licensee, your separate Licensee Agreement is at cleanbucks.com/terms.

Who We Are

10 Bucks a Room connects customers with independent local cleaning teams operating under license. Each team is a separately owned and operated business. Contact: 1-855-766-6410.

Booking a Cleaning

When you book, your local team confirms date, time, and final price. Estimates may adjust based on actual conditions on arrival; the team will confirm any change before starting.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown reflect credit card processing. Pay by Zelle or bank transfer (ACH) for a 3% discount. Payment is due at completion unless otherwise arranged.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Free reschedule with 24+ hours notice. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a trip charge.

Satisfaction — Re-Clean, Not Refund

If you're not happy, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we'll send the team back to make it right at no extra charge. See our Re-Clean Guarantee for full details.

Your Responsibilities

Provide access, secure pets, and point out fragile or special-care items in advance so the team can do their best work.

Limitation of Liability

Report any concerns within 24 hours. Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service.

Communications

By booking, you agree to receive booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts by email and SMS. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.
