Older intown homes and newer suburban builds need different plans
Atlanta housing runs from pre-war bungalows in neighborhoods such as Grant Park and Kirkwood to large numbers of homes built after 2000 in Gwinnett and north Fulton. Older homes tend to mean original hardwood, high trim and window detail that take longer per room; newer builds tend to mean more square footage and more bathrooms. Room-count pricing is checked against both before a market opens.
