Senior Transportation Services

Doctor and dental appointments, physical therapy, hair appointments, grocery stores, banks, religious services, and community activities are the most common rides we provide.

We do not provide medical transport, wheelchair-van service, or non-emergency medical transportation. Our service is door-to-door companion driving for seniors who are mobile but no longer comfortable behind the wheel.

For a doctor's appointment, we typically pick your loved one up 30 minutes before the appointment, walk them in, wait through the visit, and bring them home. Many families ask us to take notes during the visit or text a summary back to the family afterward.

Recurring rides — for example, a standing weekly hair appointment or twice-weekly therapy session — are common. Once we know the schedule, the same driver shows up on time, every time.

Transportation availability varies by location. When you submit a request, your local team will confirm what's offered in your area, what vehicles are used, and how scheduling works.

All drivers are background checked, bonded, and insured. We're not a rideshare app — your loved one rides with the same trusted person whenever possible.
