Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice incur no penalty and can be rescheduled at your convenience. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a minimum fee, and no-call/no-show appointments will be billed in full. We understand that emergencies happen and work with customers on a case-by-case basis for unavoidable circumstances.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple convenient payment methods including all major credit and debit cards, electronic payments and online transfers, checks for established customers, and cash payments. Payment is typically due upon completion of service, though we can arrange alternative billing schedules for recurring full-time maid service or commercial accounts. All transactions are processed securely, and you’ll receive detailed receipts for your records.
