24-Hour Cancellation
At 10BucksARoom, we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules can change — we just ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify your local 10BucksARoom office at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a minimum cancellation fee, which helps compensate our cleaners for their reserved time and lost wages. Since each appointment time is held specifically for you, no-call/no-show appointments will be billed in full or charged an equivalent fee. We value your time and our cleaners’ dedication, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
