Q: Is it really $10 a room?

A: Yes! Only kitchens and full bathrooms are priced at $20 because they are high traffic areas that require a lot more time, cleaning, and supplies. Every room after is $10 for regular cleaning!

Q: What is a “room”?

A: Whether the floor plan is open or not, the furniture will determine what exactly constitutes a room. For example, if there is one large room with 4 walls, yet there is dining room furniture in one end and living room furniture on the other, this is considered two (2) rooms.

Q: What is the catch?

A: There is no catch! Prices for full bathrooms and kitchens are $20 each due to high traffic in those areas. Every other room is $10.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

A: No contract needed! The flexibility of the professional cleaning services at sets us apart from other services.

Q: How many people come to my house to clean?

A: Typically, a team of two (2) professional cleaners will clean a residence. Sometimes a location will send 2-3 people, depending on the size of the job.

Q. Do you bring your own supplies or do I have to provide them?

A. Every service vehicle is fully equipped with all the supplies needed to clean your residence! Our professional cleaners are trained to know what type of cleaner to use for each specific surface, whether it’s wood or stainless steel! However, if you would like our cleaners to use your specific cleaning supplies, just let us know!

Q. How do appointment times work?

A. Due to the nature of our business, we always give a 2-hour window for appointment times. Our professional cleaners travel from job to job, and sometimes customers might add additional items during their cleaning appointment. Because there are many factors out of our control, such as traffic, peak travel times, and larger properties, we always ensure that our cleaners have enough time to arrive safely at your residence. Please note: Text message correspondence that is not a local number is automated and the software we use does not show the window time.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Cash is the only acceptable form of payment for new customers. Cash and check are accepted after rapport has been established. Credit cards may be accepted in the future, but are not implemented now due to the high amount of move-outs we receive.

Q: Do you provide receipts?

A: The software that uses can generate an invoice for you. Just ask your cleaners for a receipt and we will email one over!

Q: Are your cleaners screened?

A: Yes! All cleaners undergo background checks and drug screenings prior to employment. They are all eligible to work in the United States of America. is also bonded and insured for your peace of mind!

Q: What if I am unhappy with the cleaning services provided?

A: At, we understand that mistakes can happen. That’s why we encourage open communication with our cleaners! Please let them know during the cleaning if they happen to miss a spot. If the issues are not resolved during the cleaning, please contact your local as soon as possible. We will work hard to try and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Q: What if I need to cancel?

A: Please give us the required 24-hour notice if cancelling or changing your appointment. If proper notice is not given, will charge for the full price of the cleaning. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Q: Why are stairs considered a room?

A: Stairs usually generate a lot of dust and dirt due to the frequency of use. Depending on the type of surface, our professional cleaners wash wooden stairs by hand or vacuum them, in addition to dusting the banisters. Some staircases also have windows and décor along the wall that also requires cleaning.

Q: Do I have to be home during my very first appointment?

A: Yes, first time customers must be present during the first cleaning. Our professional cleaners will conduct and initial and final walk through with you to ensure that all our standards are met. If anything does arise during the cleaning process, or you’d like our cleaners to pay special attention to something, just let us know! We are more than happy to fix any mistakes in real time for your complete satisfaction.
